D.I.Y.-Sandwich platter:
Assorted breads served with turkey, ham, and roast beef along with cheddar and provolone cheese slices. Sandwich fixins come with mayo, mustard and a veggie topping assortment.

Turkey Club Sandwich: Sliced turkey breast topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, and spicy mustard dressing served on a croissant.

Veggie Sandwich: a delicious healthy sandwich served on a whole roll, filled with lettuce, tomato, red onions, avocado, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers then finished off with a dijonaise and Italian dressing. (A personal favorite)

Taco Platter: Tacos, bean and cheese burritos, and tostadas served with sides of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa and sour cream. (Your choice of side salad or tortilla soup)

Chicken Enchiladas: Chicken enchilada rounds served with a side of Spanish style rice and beans. (Your choice of side salad or tortilla soup)

Pot O’ Tortilla Soup: This heart vegetable tortilla soup is served with thin slivers of freshly made tortilla strips, grated cheese assortment, fresh cilantro, and avocado cubes.

Assorted meat and cheese Platters: slices of salami, turkey, pepperoni, and ham served with cheddar, jack, Colby, and mozzarella cheese cubes and a cracker assortment. (Served with olives, mini pickles, pepperoncinis, spicy mustard and horseradish)

Perfect Pizza: a delicious home made pizza with your choice of toppings and finished off with three kinds of cheese.

Lasagna- my own slow cooked meat sauce poured over lasagna noodles which are layered with a riccotta cheese mixture.
